Development Applications

Last modified: April 20, 2005 - 11:06 PM

How we can help you in preparing and lodging a development application

Liverpool Plains Shire Council is committed to providing a high quality planning and building service.

Planning and building promotes a 'Yes We Can' approach and are available to assist you with your inquiries.

Council's role is primarily to check projects against development regulations including the Local Environment Plan and Building Code of Australia.

As part of this process a free advisory service is provided prior to lodgement to ensure that documentation is of an acceptable standard.

Please remember that unfortunately Council does not offer a design service. Enquiries related to planning and/or building matters can be made in person Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm or by telephoning (02) 67461755.

The planning and building office is located at the Council Chambers, 60 Station St., Quirindi 2343
